Join Tasha Stevens-Vallecillo, for a foraging walk exploring the incredible world of medicinal and ‘altered state’ plants and fungi.

Many of the plants we’ll cover on this walk have been used for centuries in traditional healing and ceremonial ways. These incredible plants are often found just under our noses.

During this walk you will:

• Learn how to safely identify plants and fungi associated with traditional medicine and altered states of consciousness.
• Create your own ‘wild drugs’ booklet to take home
• Open your eyes to see fields and hedgerows as a unique folk medicine cabinet, perfectly tailored for you!

As this walk is an introduction to these plants, it will not give you the skills to process them. If you would like to know more about this we can point you in the direction of trusted herbalists and teachers.

If it’s a nice day, feel free to bring a picnic and explore our land or go for a wild swim after this experience.
