Help! I’m freaking out about climate change!

It’s easy to fall into despair, apathy and hopelessness in the face of this global ecological crisis. In this workshop, we will look at the different ways that we might respond to something of this enormity and how we can support ourselves (and each other) to remain resilient, hopeful and active as we navigate these challenging times.

The workshop will be outdoors and parts of the session will be in nature and nearby woodland.

Light refreshments will be provided.

The workshop will be facilitated by Barbara Gonzalez, counsellor, nature connection facilitator and eco-practitioner. Barbara has been facilitating groups for many years and is the co-Director of Better Nature Ecotherapy CIC.
