Elderflower and Spring Foraging Feast

Embark on an exhilarating wild food adventure, immersing yourself in the enchanting journey of field and forest to fork. This experience will give you the opportunity to learn how to identify, gather and cook wild food, concluding with a gourmet picnic of the choicest edibles from the local countryside.
Professional forager and conservationist, George Linklater will guide you through an exploration of nature, where you will learn about the wild food, their unique properties and tantalising flavours. Not only will you learn how to find culinary gems, you will discover how to harvest them sustainably, as well as prepare and cook an array of plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms.
The experience includes a 2 hour exploratory walk around Rodden Meadow then guests will be guided to a picturesque picnic spot where George will work his culinary magic, transforming your foraged finds into a foraged feast. Each dish will offer a symphony of flavours celebrating the vibrant tapestry of the season.
From the delicate nuances of freshly plucked herbs to the earthy richness of wild mushrooms, this will be an experience indulging all of the senses and will be an opportunity to cultivate a deeper relationship and understanding of the English countryside.
