Sunday Evening Relaxing Gong Sound bath

Sunday evening relaxation, with the sounds of Symphonic gongs, a way to deeply let go and relax the body and mind to the sounds that can take you on a deep therapeutic journey, enabling the body and mind to go into a deep stillness, giving you a rest that is better than sleeping 8 hours. The evening will begin with some gentle qigong movements,a settling Yoga Nidra, and then a symphonic Gong sound bath finising with some surprise extra instruments at the end. There will be some grounding visualisations to end the session.
