Walk for fitness, walk for fun! Great for dodgy knees, good for bad backs and perfect for weight loss! Nordic Walking. There are 3 walks as follows.
(1) Weds 13th 9.30 -11 Thurs 14th 2 -3.30 Come for a walk and learn the correct technique for walking with poles in order to work 95% of your muscles and burn 45% more calories than ordinary walking. Nordic Walking
(2) Thursday 21st 11.30 -1 Walking a little further, put in to practice what you learnt last week and get a great work -out *You’ll need to wear sturdy shoes (which may get muddy) and comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.
