Qi-Gong classes developing strength, flexibility of body & steadiness of mind with Candida Valentino.
6:30pm – 7:15pm Fridays
Learn & practice continuous Qigong movements, 18 Shibashi, 8 Brocades, 12 Muscle Tendon Changing Classics, fun animal frolics, standing meditations focusing on the elements and sounds for health.
Understand how each of the movements work in your body and how they relate to different organs. We will always start with joint warm ups and end with a warm down, and some stillness.
All classes at The Sonic Retreat Centre, Frome, Somerset BA11 3NG
Maximum of 6 people.
