Mindfulness for Women

“Living from the inside out”  As women we go through many different stages and transitions in life.  This course aims to deepen our mindfulness practice to find our own inspiration for an empowered and balanced life, with creativity, humour and mutual support.

This is a 4 month course running on 5 Saturdays from 11am to 5pm.  8th October -28th January 2017
