Mindfulness: a Kinder Way to Health

How can we bring greater kindness to how we experience and care for ourselves? How can we be happy and peaceful even in times of ill health? In this workshop we will explore different ways that mindfulness and compassion can help bring greater kindness into everyday life, especially given the challenges to our physical or mental health that we all have to deal with at some point. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your current state of health.

The workshop will be facilitated by Eva Ruijgrok-Lupton, an experienced and highly qualified local mindfulness and compassion trainer. Eva has lived with health challenges for many years, and finds mindfulness indispensable in living a happy life irrespective of her health.
