Mindful Self-Compassion

We tend to be hardest on ourself, and whilst kindness is an esssential element of mindfulness, it requires practice to cultivate.  On this course you will learn brief meditations and effective exercises in self-compassion for greater emotional strength and resilience.

This is an 8 week course, on Wednesdays 7 to 9.30pm from 12th October to 7th December 2016
