An Evening For Tibet – Michael Ormiston, Candida Valentino & Nyima Kunchok Plus The Lost World of Tibet Film
An evening to celebrate Tibetan culture and to commemorate the March 1959 Tibetan Uprising.
Nyima Kunchok : Tibetan Singing Bowls and traditional Tibetan Songs Candida Valentino : Singing Bowls, Gongs, Undertone Singing and Mantra Michael Ormiston : Singing Bowls, Morin Khuur, Mongolian Khoomii Singing and Gongs.
Followed by The Lost World of Tibet – A documentary revealing the story of the Dalai Lama, his secret Himalayan kingdom and the story of his exile, using eyewitness accounts from Tibetans including the Dalai Lama himself and colour archive footage of Tibet from the 1930s to 50s.
Plus Tibetan vegetarian Momos (Steamed Dumplings), salad and tea/coffee included in the ticket price.
