Adult Cycle Training Level 1

Join a free Adult Cycle Training class to build confidence cycling on roads.

In this level 1 beginner session you’ll learn about safe cycling techniques for cycling on quieter roads. We’ll practice turning in and out of simple junctions and learn about positioning and communication with other road users. The session will be taught by a qualified National Standard Cycle Instructor.

Cycle training offers something for everyone whether you’ve cycled for years or are completely new to cycling on roads. This class is for adults aged 18 and above. You will need to bring a roadworthy bike and be able to ride a bike already.

We’ll meet at the bandstand in Victoria Park, off Weymouth Road BA11 1HJ.
