Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini YogaKundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is an exact scientific technology that uses kriya’s which are a combination of mantras (sound vibration), breath work, postures and meditation. It works from the inside out by moving the energy within the body and the mind through specific kriya’s to create deep changes in the mind and body.

It opens the heart, strengthens the physical body and the neutral mind (clarity and intuition). Ultimately, it expands a person’s consciousness by releasing the blocks and old patterns in the subconscious so that a person has more capacity for joy in their life.

People who practice Kundalini Yoga have reported a greater sense of well being, feel more balanced and happier as a result and feel more peace because it builds a greater resilience to life, no matter what the circumstances maybe.

Drop-in yoga online: Monday 1pm – 2.15pm and Thursday 8pm-9.30pm

Women of resilience yoga course: Tuesday 10am-12pm in person or online and Thursday 10am-12pm (in person)

Meet your teacher, Jotipal…

Hi there, my name is Jotipal Kaur (previously known as Kat Knecht). I am an experienced and qualified BodyTalk Practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

I qualified as a BodyTalk Practitioner in 2009 after be coming pain free through BodyTalk after years of chronic pain and depression.

I qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2012.

I have practised yoga for over 20 years and qualified as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2012. This has been an amazing and transformative journey and one which I am passionate about sharing with others. Kundalini yoga is deeply powerful and has given me amazing support during very challenging times in my life.

I have been playing the gong for about 3 years and absolutely love it!
