6th Nov 2018 @ 09:30 - 14:30

Communication and conflict transformation skills for groups and businesses.

‘It’s not just what you do, it’s the way that you do it’.

How we relate to each other, and the processes and systems we use in our organisations, can massively impact our outcomes and effectiveness. Join us to develop skills and learning that will support the smooth functioning of your group

Using the experiences of participants, we will look at how to:

  • Sustain good relationships through engaging with conflict constructively.
  • Develop tools and awareness that support effective collaboration
  • Practice dialogue skills to enhance personal and professional communication
  • Look at the systems and processes used in your organisation and how they support the functioning of your group.
  • Enable and support the willing contribution of everyone in your group
  • Experience conflict not a problem, but as an essential ingredient in the development of an organisation.
