Come and learn about the wild plants and herbs we have growing on our land and their medicinal value as tea. Learn the key identification features of each plant and when is best to harvest them. A light and fun interactive day, based on practical skills, flavour and led by our in-house foragers and land and food team. The day will consist of a large foraging walk, tasting, smelling different wild plants and medicines and gathering plenty to prepare and dehydrate.
