Bita began hosting supper clubs in her London home, and was featured in ‘The Evening Standard’ as one of London’s best supper clubs. Bita shares stories behind her sumptuous dishes, which are made with delicate ingredients and lots of patience and enthusiasm. Tickets are £68 and includes a welcome drink, sold through Cheese and Grain Box Office. Please note this is set menu and therefore only vegetarians and those with light intolerances are catered for. Grilled aubergine with aromatic herbs, walnut and natural whey sauce with Lavash bread.
Long grain Persian saffron rice with pistachios and sautéed barberries.
Sweet and sour stew of quince, plum and free range chicken simmered slowly to perfection.
Autumnal spiced Persian quince dessert with strained yoghurt and toasted walnut.
Cardamom tea served with hand made date, tahini and cocoa Petit Fours.
