Eleanor Hayes is a birth coach, antenatal teacher and author of this indispensable guide for parents looking for reliable information about birth pain relief options. As well as common interventions in labour.

Her personal experience of having two wildly different births – one traumatic and one awesome – led her to create her business Birthzang, and spread knowledge of how to cope with labour and birth to other parents to help them achieve an awesome birth!

Most pregnant mums plan for a natural birth, however in the UK over 50% of births include some form of drugs for pain relief, or an intervention to help the baby be born.

Eleanor will discuss her own birth experiences and why this book will enable you to make empowered and informed decisions before, during and after childbirth.
