‘Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life’. Well, Pablo Picasso, the same could be said about music, about dancing. We have all three, as Deep Space Presents brings you the third installment of our flagship event ‘Creatures of Deep Space’.

The last event raised £1600 for mental health charity Mind tws. Now we need your help to eclipse this total as we team up with ‘Frome Skate Park Project’! The old skate park at Victoria Park is too small, dated and falling apart. It’s in serious need of an upgrade. We really couldn’t resist the opportunity to get behind this worthy cause.

We welcome back an old friend Al Pack for this one! Expect to hear his new Fokuz recordings release as well as some of our favourite bootlegs. It’s wall-to-wall feel good vibes, spreading nothing but love, perfect for Deep Space. In support will be residents Millstone and Un-Cloned plus more (tbc).

100% of the door takings and advanced ticket sales will go towards Frome Skate Park Project.

The event wouldn’t be the same without it’s showpiece art exhibition. Two walls showered in startling, grisly and wonderful art. This has all been donated by some of the most talented local artists we could get our claws into. Some of these artists will be donating for the third time so as a thank you we will be offering them up to 50% of the sale value.

The sale? Yes, it’s a silent auction. You simply fill out the cards by the exhibition with your name, bid and contact details and the highest bid wins the art! The majority will go to Frome Skate Park Project and some to the creator of your new art. Expect canvases, painted skate decks and signed vinyl. The exhibition will also be up on the 9th if you can’t make it Friday.

We have a team of monkey designers on laptops working around the clock to design brand new decor in a stunning new look event. These designs will then be passed onto our new team of lemurs, who will build the new set for the stage area. As well as the awesome new look we bring you a giant screen behind the decks with upgraded projections for your entertainment.

As if this wasn’t enough we promise a stunning light and laser show accompanied by our honest and punchy 13k Deep Space sound system. See the venue transformed like never before in what will be a truly memorable night.
