The Somerset & Dorset Railway at Midsomer Norton are Holding an Austin Day on Sunday 15th August 2021.
We would like you to join us in our Celebration of Longbridge Manufactured Vehicles alongside our visiting Loco Austin 1, which was in service at the Works for many years.
A selection of Austin vehicles will be on site throughout the day.
Austin 1 will be the rostered loco on the day when we’ll be running our standard summer steam service with 5 departures over the course of the day at 11:00, 12:10, 13:40, 14:50 and 16:00. The station shop and our RMB (Restaurant Miniature Buffet) will be open between 10:00 and 15:30. Come and join us for a day of nostalgia.
