Art Club

The only rule is make!

The idea of Art Club is to have a couple of hours where we can experiment, make and mess around with some materials to see what happens.

Every month, we’ll use an inspiration to get us going – a material or a process or a theme – and each person can respond as they want. Sometimes we have guest artists who set our topic. Basic art materials and resources are provided, but you’re welcome to bring stuff too if you like.

Art Club runs at the Welsh Mill Studios in Frome.

Go in the front door of the Welsh Mill Studios on the left hand side by the Bicycle Workshop. Turn left up the stairs and we’re in the main entrance.

Starts at 7pm and runs until 9pm and then we pack up and leave at 9:15pm.

All abilities – you don’t have to be an ‘artist’. 16 years +.

Donations invited to cover use of the space and materials.

Art Club is convened by Sue Palmer, and has been running since May 2017. Big thank you to the fantastic Edventure space for support!
