Frome Selwood Horticultural Society’s annual flower show
The Frome Selwood Horticulture Society (FSHS) is very much part of the community culture. It provided a successful morning for Frome on 20th May, with thanks to Selwood Academy, when the Society held its Annual Plant Sale. The same venue will see the FSHS Annual Flower and Produce Show on 26th August 2017.
The FSHS meets on the second Tuesday in the month at 7.30pm at Critchill School. Details are posted on the Discover Frome website and are in the diary dates of the local press. Informative speakers share their expertise in good company, and always with a cup of tea and raffle, funds from which keep membership down to just £6 a year, with discounted coach trips.
Whether you are a keen gardener or will prefer simply to admire the plants as they grow into a floral display on North Parade, come to see what the FSHS has to offer.
