Two Tone Tai Chi

Tai Chi Qigong is a mind and body practice that incorporates posture, breathing techniques and soft flowing movements. Amongst many health benefits it can lead to improvements in breathing, strength and flexibility, balance and coordination. Suitable for most fitness levels it is a more meditative form of exercise and a great way to relax and de-stress.
