NOOK

NOOK is an Australian juice and bowl bar serving cold press juices, smoothies, breakfast and Hawaiian poke bowls and vegan sweet treats. They also offer batch brew and cold brew coffee, as well as a selection of whole leaf teas. Juices are made fresh and bottled each morning, smoothies are also made to order. Their breakfast bowls are Brazilian acai smoothie bowls, a house granola and a seasonal bircher muesli. Poke bowls are also available which is marinated cubed fish, with spring onions, sesame seeds, fresh vegetables and seasoned rice.

NOOK’s menu is 100% gluten free and 80% vegan (apart from their range of proteins) and their produce is organic, local and ethically sourced where possible.
