Frome Weavers Spinners & Dyers

Frome Weavers Spinners & Dyers is a group of like-minded, experience-sharing, people who enjoy developing the traditional skills of weaving, spinning, and dyeing that underpinned the industry which gave the Frome area its early prosperity.

There are all ages and abilities in the group and both experienced weavers and spinners, as well as complete beginners, are welcome.

Fully equipped with a variety of spinning wheels, table and floor looms and all the equipment necessary to use them.

The group also runs courses and open events and regularly hold exhibitions and sales.
