Emotional Wellbeing: Cultivating a positive relationship with your emotions
In these sessions, you’ll find a safe space in which to explore your relationship with your emotions so that you can feel calmer, clearer and happier in your everyday life.
If you’re stuck in an emotion, like fear, stress, overwhelm, or anxiety, these sessions can help you find a way through them to create more space for the things you want in your life.
If you’re struggling with even the idea of bringing joy, love and happiness into your life, these sessions can help you welcome these in so you can access all they can bring.
If you have an emotional blocker on something and it’s getting in your way, you’ll learn how to let go of it/ release that to get to a better place.
How you feel can determine how you live. Learn how to enhance your well-being through understanding your emotional life. These sessions are online or in person on Wednesdays at the Honey Rooms. Email for availability.
