Forest Bathing
Shinrin-Yoku, or “Forest Bathing,” was coined in 1982 by Japan’s government to encourage re-connection with nature amid a mental health crisis. Though modern in name, Forest Bathing is deeply rooted in ancient nature-connection practices. Today, it is globally recognised as a science-backed eco-therapy that reduces stress and enhances physical and mental well-being.
Come and join me in the woods around Frome and Bruton in Somerset for an immersive and rejuvenating forest bathing experience which will calm your mind, awaken your senses, and deeply connect you with nature.
I run weekly 2 hour sessions.
