Running May 7th & 21st, June 4th & 18th, July 2nd 2025.

These group sessions will deepen our practice of body listening and authentic movement. We will engage with curiosity, joy, playfulness, and openness as we respond to each other’s momentum and interpretation.

This co-facilitated space, curated by Rebecca Brewin and Esther Dickinson, will offer thematic lead-ins exploring somatic touch, balance, weight-bearing, flow and presence.
