Creative Dance Improvisation Workshop

Develop your creativity, connect with your body and enjoy moving with others in this, the first of two, dance improvisation workshops. Starting by listening to the body we will explore space, shape, dynamics, touch and relationships – working solo, with a partner and in a group to continually expand our range of movement possibilities. No experience is necessary, just a willingness to explore and play.
