Part 1 focuses on instruction in two essential and far-reaching meditation practices: the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Development of Loving Kindness (Metta Bhavana).
These practices from the Buddhist tradition encourage a direct and complete engagement with what is really happening in our lives.
They encourage focus, clarity, relaxation, confidence, and opening the heart, and give us the tools for a more resourced and vivid life.
With time for instruction, practice and discussion, you will be supported with handouts and in setting up a home practice.
