Together, we will journey through guided meditation to gently call in and feel into the guides that surround you. You’ll be supported to explore your natural psychic and intuitive abilities, learning how to recognise guidance through sensation, imagery, emotion, and inner knowing.

We’ll also explore how to work with your guides for healing – drawing on universal energy rather than depleting your own – allowing support to flow through you with ease and integrity.

By the end of the workshop, you may experience:

A clear image, sensation, or deep inner knowing of your guides

A felt sense of how they communicate with you

A greater trust in your intuitive and psychic abilities

And perhaps even a name, presence, or personal connection to one or more of your guides
