As part of the wider “Frome Connects” project in May, Mojo Moves founder Ginny Adams is hosting a free to attend Kate Bush Flash Mob on the town’s famous Catherine Hill.
Dress up as the legend that is Bush (in the Running Up That Hill video) and join us for an impromptu dance on the hill to the track “Running Up That Hill”.
You can come as you are and just do your own thing or learn the simple choreography which will be offered at live rehearsals throughout May, as well as being available on video via the Facebook event and on the Mojo Moves website. No actual running required.
After the track has played once through, we will head down the hill along Palmer Street and to the entrance of the formidable St John’s Church where head bell ringer Tony Hodges will lead his fellow campanologists in ringing out the tune – which has seen a resurgence due to cult TV show Stranger Things – on the bells which date back to the 17th and 18th Centuries! Ding dong!
Come and join us and be a part of something legendary.
Frome Connects is a town-wide, people-powered experiment built around connectedness.
