International Feldenkrais Week – Special FREE Event

To mark International Feldenkrais Week ’24, three local practitioners are offering a FREE afternoon of subtle, yet powerful, floor-based movement lessons on the theme of Transitions. The Feldenkrais Method helps you to find ease and comfort in your everyday life by bringing attention to the way you move. It can bring about profound changes in your breathing, posture and self perception. The event is suitable for all ages and abilities, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor. You can come to all or some of the classes, as follows:

4pm – ‘The Challenge of Change’ with Ed Bartram
5pm – ‘From Lying to Sitting’ with Heather Stone
