Invite a feeling of calm by learning how to identify and release unconscious habits that get in the way of breathing being naturally effortless. In this Feldenkrais Method workshop we will use floor-based mindful movement lessons to increase your awareness of how you move, breathe and live.
All abilities are welcome, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor and be prepared to spend a period of time lying on the floor. Please bring a mat/blanket to lie on, a towel to use under your head and wear warm, comfortable clothing to move in.
