International Feldenkrais Week – Special FREE Event

Join local Feldenkrais practitioners, Jackie Adkins, Ed Bartram and Heather Stone to celebrate International Feldenkrais Week, at a FREE special event in Frome. Featuring the theme of ‘Unpacking Posture’, the day long event includes one-to-one tasters and group classes. All sessions are free, donations are invited and booking is required. The timetable is as follows:

9.30am-12.00: One-to-one tasters, bookable in half hour slots

1-5pm: Three group classes at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm
* For group classes: please bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a small towel or flat cushion to use under your head as necessary. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
