Join for a gentle vinyasa flow with Ashtanga elements. Expect a blend of traditional Ashtanga; breath-work and postures. There will be a mixture of stillness and movement to help you take time for yourself. A practice to both stimulate and regulate your nervous system. All levels welcome - Please bring your own mat
