At The Sonic Retreat Centre, Frome, Somerset BA11 3NG.
This inspirational workshop will be an experiential journey through the amazing sounds of the Singing Bowls, their history & use in meditation/relaxation, deep listening & Therapeutic practices. Michael & Candida have studied and played and led these exceptional workshops for over 25 years
Bowls will be provided, However please bring your own if you wish
