Pregnancy Mindfulness – pay what you feel workshop

90 minutes of space to relax and let go of the busy-ness of pregnancy.

It’s so helpful to have time and space to pause when you’re pregnant, whether it’s your first birth or you have little ones at home – taking a moment to let go of the day-to-day, to rest and be can give you vital moments to adapt to your changing body and life, and connect to your growing baby.

No experience necessary, this is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. You will be guided through several rounds of mindful meditation and there will be time for a chat at the end.

These sessions run monthly, either in Frome or online. We meet at different times and places, so please check locations and dates.

BYO nest! Chairs are normally available, but if you’d like to lie down for some (or all!) of the workshop, you’re welcome to bring a mat along as well as a pillow / blanket so you can get really comfortable.
