Combining a deep love for nature, movement and body awareness. The practice of CI creates body awareness, alongside cultivating a deep connection to the earth that rises to meet us. The movement session would bring together various elements focusing on 3 points of connection: to ourselves, to the earth, and to each other. Humans, as a social species, are in need of physical connection. CI removes the barriers, often created by language, allowing us to fall into movement (our first language). Often the practice can lead to healing, greater awareness, enhanced connectivity, confidence, and well-being. CI is paving the way for a bright and healthy future, in which individuals tap into their own needs and move beyond imposed limitations.
