Community lantern workshop
Make a beautiful 3D bird lantern from Somerset grown willow withies, tissue paper and glue to carry in our Peace themed parade.
Please bring battery powered lights and a cane or sturdy stick if you have them.
1 bird lantern per family group of max 3 people, including accompanied children over 8yrs, or make 1 bird lantern per 1 or 2 adults.
Do bring a bamboo pole plus some fairy lights if you have them.
- Please book 1 ticket per person attending(maximum 3 per family/group due to limited space at the venue)
- Please bring payment to purchase your materials, from approx £15 for each lantern
Please make sure to cancel your ticket if you’re unable to come, as places are limited and we’d like to give someone else the opportunity.
