A Winemaker’S Pizza Night – Saddle Goose Winery & Cellar Door 2025
Join head winemaker Adam Collins tasting and understanding a wine directly out of the barrel, followed by a flight of three more Saddle Goose wines accompanied with some Rye Bakery Sourdough pizza designed specifically to pair with the wine. Plus a discussion on the UK wine industry and sustainable and natural winemaking.
