A tour around Trinity

trinityBuilt between the latter half of the 17th century and first half of the 18th, it is now a rare – even unique – example of early industrial housing anywhere in the country. This walk will encompass much of its past, from conception and construction during the Stuart and Georgian periods, through to partial demolition in the 1960s and huge campaign to save the remaining buildings from the wrecking ball. There will be one steep climb during the walk – Castle Street. Led by David Lassman. Over 14s only (under 18s to be accompanied by adult).
