Join our workshop to discover transformative breath techniques that you can weave into everyday life. Whether you seek a quick reset or want to improve your energy levels, these practices become a supportive companion whenever you need them.
The session begins with gentle yoga postures that warm the body, cultivating flexibility and freeing the breath, effortlessly transitioning into a seated practice, where comfort is ensured with blocks or chairs provided on-site, allowing you to fully immerse in the experience. You’ll then be guided through breathing techniques (prāṇāyāma) using postures and sitting.
Please come in warm and comfortable clothing. If you have a yoga mat and a blanket, please bring them with you. (a few spare mats available) There are chairs available.
