Txoko: A Basque Supper Club

Burnt Sugar Collective is joining forces with the brilliant team at Communa and Wolf Wine for Communa’s first supper club – Txoko: A Basque Supper Club.

Thursday 20th August, on Communa’s beautiful terrace, Burnt Sugar Collective will be firing up the asado grill for an evening of tapas and fire-cooked Basque cooking – think jamón ibérico, bandarillas, Galician octopus and sirloin steak with piquillo peppers straight off the embers, plus a Basque cheesecake to finish.

Wolf Wine will be providing some beautifully paired wines for the evening, plus there will be beer and cocktails available as usual from the bar.

Canapés:
Spanish tortilla, bravas sauce
