MUSIC from international sensation: RODNEY BRANIGAN
STANDUP by BBC New Comedian of the Year: PAUL HILLEARD
DANCE courtesy of Frome’s stars of the future: TRI.ART DANCE
Rodney Branigan is a one-of-a-kind musician. His Solitary Ensemble style of simultaneously playing two guitars (and other instruments) has seen him perform all over the globe, including headlining Michael Eavis’ Glasto-Extravaganza. He is coming to us directly from Glastonbury festival before heading back to Pilton immediately following the gig.
Paul Hilleard is a fast-rising star of the UK comedy scene and this is a real chance to say “I saw him when…” Paul won the prestigious BBC New Comedian of the Year last year (previous winners & finalists include: Lee Mack, Peter Kay, Alan Carr, David O’Doherty, Sarah Millican and Tom Allen) and is fresh from appearing on the Comic Relief Red Nose Day broadcast.
Tri.Art is Frome’s leading pre-professional dance group and will be presenting a selection of pieces from their recent, incredibly impressive, Easter Showcase. New Old Friends are proud to be platforming the next generation of creative talent from Frome.
