Artfulness = integrating creative expression with mindfulness

‘Artfulness’ is an accessible process developed by Marina Sossi to unlock our inner genius and ability to create with ease as well as make meaning and connect with others.

Living an artful life is a choice to view the world through the lens of creativity. It’s about treating life as an adventure and enjoying the journey. Artfulness helps us to focus on process over outcome. By challenging our everyday perceptions, we are relieved from the pressures of achievement. Instead we experience – permission to play and remember the joy of creativity.

Artfulness incorporates:

Guided visualisation

Embodiment practices & simple movement

Tuning into the senses

Self expression through a process of mark making, intuitive writing, environmental art, movement meditation and playfulness.

The magic of Artfulness is the way it uses simple methods to activate ‘flow state’ and effortlessly liberates the creativity within: tuning into the senses, overcoming blocks and discovering the priceless treasures we each hold inside. With the support of a sensitive and encouraging facilitator anything is possible!

Biography

Marina Sossi is an independent artist and expert in creativity and improvisation. She is passionately committed to sharing her knowledge and experience from over 30 years of creative practice, research and performance. Marina is also a yoga instructor and ‘creative genius’ coach.
