Balancing the body with a flow of gentle postures, completed with savasana relaxation to help release tension in the body and ease stress.
Classes are themed by the phases of the moon, seasonal energy and enhanced with essential oils, crystals and sound.
Suitable for complete beginners and practised yogis.
