Celebrate and support local enterprising women as they bring their business ideas to life and showcase what they’ve achieved so far. This event is for anyone who wants to support local people bringing their ideas to life. Everyone’s welcome.

Edventure’s Enterprising Women will share how their ideas grew, the progress they’ve made, and their next steps to turn them into a reality.

For 20 weeks, a group of women has been on Edventure’s ‘Enterprising Women’ course. We helped them gain momentum with their ideas and feel confident doing so. They learned by doing things. They supported each other. We covered topics like business planning, funding, marketing, support, and organisation. Now they want to share their ideas with you. Come along and support them!
We want to create a supportive community for our enterprising women and their ideas.

– Want to help local businesses grow.
– Want to support people to build meaningful livelihoods in Frome.
– Want to support women starting their own businesses/initiatives.
– Want to know what Edventure is doing

At the event, they will talk about their progress and what they plan to do. Some of their projects include:
– Developing supportive girls’ circles to help support girls as their bodies change
– A series of workshops where you can learn to make your own natural cleaning products and other things for your home.
– An online shop with unique clothes made from old materials, and classes on how to sew.
– An audio course to support emotions and feelings of belonging
– A workshop series where you can make your own crafts.
– Developing a garden design consultation offer that helps customers draw from their personal journey
