Join Burnt Sugar Collective for an autumn evening at Vallis Farm, as the days shorten and the fires are lit.
Gather indoors around the farmhouse table for a feast shaped by our favourite time of year – autumn – roots, game, and the deep, comforting flavours of the season. With a welcome drink by the fire, join us for generous plates and good conversation.
The menu is guided by Vallis Farm’s and our local suppliers’ land and larder, and cooked with our European-influenced approach to relaxed, communal dining. A three-course shared feast will be served, with wines from independent producers selected by The Stores, available to enjoy on the night.
