FMTC’s Spellbound presents We Will Rock You

WE WILL ROCK YOU follows two rebels on a quest to save rock n’ roll in a post-apocalyptic world where there are no musical instruments and rock n’ roll has died.

Watch our heroes, Galileo and Scaramouche, as they team up with a group of societal outcasts, the Bohemians, to take back the iPlanet from the all-powerful Globalsoft, led by the Killer Queen. Join them as they fight for freedom, individuality and the resurrection of music.

With a script by Ben Elton (The Young Ones and Blackadder), this futuristic spectacle features many of Queen’s hit songs including: We Are the Champions, Radio Ga Ga, I Want To Break Free, Somebody To Love, Killer Queen, Under Pressure, Another One Bites The Dust and, of course, We Will Rock You.

This smash-hit musical, which ran at the Dominion Theatre in London’s West End for a whopping 12 years, is a quirky, eccentric and heartfelt story of the power of individuality.

Spellbound is the youth section of Frome Musical Theatre Company.
