Nat completed her first 200 hours yoga teacher training in 2017 at Yoga Peet in Rishikesh and she has been teaching in different Yoga studio in Ireland ever since. She is also a qualified Yin and Restorative yoga teacher. In 2023 she travelled back to India to complete her 300 hours yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya school in Rishikesh. She believes yoga is for everyone and through her class she creates a supportive environment where students can explore their potential, develop strength and move with intention. The focus of the class is on finding stability and ease while moving from pose to pose and on building strength through longer holds. Transitions are guided by the rhythm of the breath and the slower tempo helps cultivate connection between breath and movement bringing deep body awareness and balance between effort and ease.
The class is open to all levels. Students are encouraged to adapt poses to best suit their anatomy.
Classes take place every Wednesday, 6:30pm – 7:30pm at RISE.
