Hellblock – Halloween at Shepton Mallet Prison

HELLBLOCK is a 75-minute live-action horror experience that transforms one of the UK’s most imposing former prisons into a fully immersive nightmare.

MERO believes it has discovered a way to understand fear. To control it. Perhaps even cure it. Tonight, you’ll witness their work first-hand. But something inside the prison has gone terribly wrong.

As containment begins to fail, your visit becomes a fight for survival. You’ll journey deep into the prison through darkened wings, and unlike a traditional scare maze, you won’t simply walk through and watch.

You are part of the story.

Interact with characters. Follow the unfolding nightmare. Make your way through large-scale theatrical sequences. HELLBLOCK combines immersive theatre, live scare actors, interactive survival sequences, cinematic lighting, powerful sound design and psychological horror into an experience designed to feel less like walking through a haunted attraction… and more like stepping inside a horror film.
